George Flores

George L. Flores
President & CEO

Mr. Flores is the Founder, President, and CEO of Crystex Composites LLC. With over 40 years of service, he has had a variety of leadership positions over the firm 40 team members. Additionally, George has always been an influential leader and forward thinker for both the company and for the industry at large. George has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer since October 2003. In April 2004 he became Chairman of the Board of Crystex Composites LLC. Prior to becoming Chairman/CEO George was the General Manager of Spaulding Fibre Mykroy/Mycalex Division for 30 plus years. In 1983 George received a Bachelors of Science in the field of Manufacturing Engineering. In 1979 he graduated from the Passaic School of Mechanical/Electro Drafting and Design Engineering with high honors. Mr. Flores also served a six-year Tool and Die apprenticeship with the Wayne Technical Institute and served as an instructor at Paterson College in New Jersey in the field of Tool and Die Technology.

Delvis Flores

Vice President of Operations/COO

Delvis Flores is responsible for the entire manufacturing facility and ensuring the integrity of our quality assurance program.  Delvis joined Crystex Composites in June 2012, after starting and running his own motorsports business for over 20 years. His success and achievements during that time prompted Mr. George Flores, President, and owner of Crystex Composites, to request that his son Delvis sell his motorsports business in April of 2012 to join Crystex Composites, LLC on a new and challenging venture.

Bridget Rivers

Bridget Rivers
Human Resource Generalist

Ms. Rivers joined Crystex Composites LLC in 2004 as the Assistant Accounting Manager and Human Resources Generalist. She is responsible for managing the overall provision of Human Resource services, policies, and programs for the company. Serving on the executive management team, she works closely with the President of the Company and audits the company policies predominantly in the administration to comply and assist with ISO 9001: 2008 and advises company managers regarding Human Resource protocols. Prior to joining Crystex Composites LLC.  Ms. Rivers worked as the Human Resource Director for Optivest Technologies for 10 years.  Ms. Rivers holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, with a major in Finance and Accounting from Ramapo College.

Don Van Grouw

Donald J. Van Grow
Production Manager

Mr. Donald Van Grouw joined Crystex Composites LLC as Production Supervisor in October of 2003 bringing over 20 years of experience in the field of Tool Making manufacturing including the setup of mass production techniques. Donald is also responsible for Mold/Dies and complex Tool design for our transfer molding specialty. Prior to becoming the Senior Manufacturing Supervisor, Donald was the production supervisor of Spaulding Composite (Mykroy/Mycalex Division) for over 15 years.Mr. Donald Van Grouw attended Passaic County Community College and studied Applied Science courses in the field of Tool and Die Technology in conjunction with the Wayne Technical Institute in Wayne, NJ. He received certificates while pursuing an AA Degree. He also worked in the Diamond Tool industry and machine building for over 5 years before joining Spaulding Composites.  Currently, Mr. Donald Van Grouw is responsible for the manufacturing operations.

Juan Saenz

Juan Saenz
Materials Engineer

Mr. Saenz joined Crystex Composites as a Laboratory Technician in 2004.  In 1979 he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry from San Marcos University (Lima-Peru) and his second Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Federico Villarreal University in 1990.  In 1977 Mr. Saenz began working as an intern at Abbott Laboratories and he kept working for several Pharmaceutical companies until 1995 when he immigrated to the USA.  During his tenure at Crystex, Mr. Saenz has used his experience to establish process controls according to ISO guidelines. In his current position, he is helping the company to improve its efficiency while expanding its operations. Additionally, his contributions in R&D projects have been key factors aiding in the growth of the company.

Julissa Febres

Julissa Febres
Administrative Assistant

Ms. Febres graduated Magna Cum Laude from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History Education. After graduation, she worked as a substitute teacher in the Passaic School District. She also worked at the Yeshiva Katana of Passaic where she taught 9th-grade world history.  Ms. Febres joined Crystex Composites in 2003 as an Administrative Assistant. She is responsible for different administrative duties as well as Accounts Payables and Daily Shipments. Ms. Febres oversees Sales Order entry, MAS200, and provides assistance to the different company departments. She also assists with ISO 9001: 2008 as an internal auditor.

Shane Yin

Senior Sales Engineer

Shane Yin joined the Crystex team in 2017 as a Test Engineer. His additional responsibilities include supporting ongoing quality and process improvement in the manufacturing process and also serving as a Technical Sales Engineer, providing enhanced communication and service to our overseas customers. As well as representing Crystex at industry events. Shane previously worked in manufacturing operations and quality training in the semiconductor industry. Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English, he earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering with Honors at New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Daniela Medina

Daniela Medina
Quality Assurance Engineer

Ms. Daniela Medina joined Crystex Composites LLC as a finisher inspector towards the end of 2010. During her tenure with Crystex, she worked supporting the Quality Control Department to help ensure and guarantee specific mechanical and electrical requirements on high voltage electrical units.  She had to use certified high technical equipment to guarantee the quality requirements on certain components, which are used in high-speed trains and in aircraft components. In 2016 she received her Bachelor of Science as an Electrical and Computer Science Engineer from NJIT (New Jersey Institute of Technology.) In 2016 Daniela was promoted to Quality Assurance Technician, to help the company improve and maintain the integrity of our Quality Assurance Program, as well as to help Crystex with the transition from ISO 9001:2008 to the 2015 requirement. Currently, Miss Daniela Medina is responsible for the production scheduling of all standoff insulators for the locomotive industry as well as the Quality Assurance responsibilities.
